Where is Joe's Bike?
They did it!
On Saturday, June 25th, at around 11:18 am, Joe and Grant reached the Atlantic Ocean at Crane Beach in Ipswich, MA. Our cyclists trekked almost 3400 miles across 15 states and raised over $21,000 for the Ivy Brain Tumor Center. Donations are still open and appreciated. Joe and Grant both thank everyone so much for following along, the well-wishes, and support as they fulfilled this lifelong dream.
The points on this map show the cities where our cyclists finished their ride on that day. Clicking the points will show the city name, the mileage for that day, and photos. Some days have more than one photo - if you click on the photo, you will be able to click through and see them all.
About the Riders
Joe Tedesco is a retired doctor from Arizona who is riding his bike across the country to fulfill a lifelong dream and raise money for brain cancer research. His journey began on April 30th in Santa Monica, California, and he and his co-riders are hoping to finish at Crane Beach in Ipswich, MA at the end of June.
Grant Stephenson is also a doctor, originally from Westfield, NY, who also dreamed of riding across the country. The two had never met before this trip, but they connected through Joe's sister-in-law and he joined the adventure.
